1. Regulatory Compliance

ABMMA123 Functional Physical Therapy Centre operates in accordance with applicable guidelines under the Ministry of Health Malaysia (MOH) and relevant local authority requirements.

All services provided are complementary wellness and rehabilitative services and are not intended to replace medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care.

Clients are advised to seek consultation from a registered medical practitioner for any medical condition.

2. Scope of Services

Our services may include:

  • Full Body Assessment
  • Functional Rehabilitation & Recovery with MBMT
  • Reproductive System Health Support with MBMT
  • Deep Meridian Lymphatic Drainage Therapy with MBMT
  • Children’s Immune Booster with MBMT (3-8 years old)
  • Postural Equilibrium Therapy with MBMT
  • Constitutional Facial Rejuvenation with MBMT
  • Functional Neuromuscular Reconditioning Exercise
  • Regional Ultrasound Assessment (non-diagnostic screening)

All treatments are provided for wellness, functional recovery, and supportive care purposes only.

3. Health Declaration & Client Responsibility

Clients must:

  • Disclose all medical conditions, injuries, allergies, pregnancy, implants, pacemakers, or ongoing medical treatments.
  • Inform the therapist immediately if discomfort occurs during treatment.
  • Obtain medical clearance where necessary.

ABMMA123 Functional Physical Therapy Centre shall not be liable for any adverse effects resulting from undisclosed medical conditions.

4. Ultrasound & Specialised Therapy Disclaimer

Any ultrasound assessment conducted:

  • Is formusculoskeletal screening and educational purposes only.
  • Does not constitute a medical diagnosis.
  • Does not replace radiological or hospital-based imaging services.

Specialised therapies (Manual Bio-neuromuscular Modulation, etc.) are complementary and outcomes may vary between individuals.

5. Appointment Policy

  • Advance booking is required.
  • A minimum24-hour notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of deposit or session deduction from package.
  • Late arrival may shorten treatment time without fee reduction.

6. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required upon completion of each session unless prepaid.
  • All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
  • Prices may be revised without prior notice.

7. Packages & Membership Terms

  • Packages are valid for a specified duration stated at purchase.
  • Packages are non-refundable once partially utilised.
  • Expired sessions will not be extended unless under exceptional circumstances approved by management.
  • Promotional packages cannot be combined with other offers.

8. Refund Policy

  • No refunds after treatment has been rendered.
  • Deposits are non-refundable but may be rescheduled within validity period.
  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 14–30 working days.

9. Professional Conduct Policy

ABMMA123 Functional Physical Therapy Centre maintains a strictly professional environment.

  • Any inappropriate behaviour, harassment, or sexual remarks will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
  • The clinic reserves the right to refuse service to anyone deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

10. Limitation of Liability

Clients acknowledge that:

  • Results vary depending on individual health condition and compliance.
  • ABMMA123 Functional Physical Therapy Centre shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from treatment.
  • Participation in rehabilitation exercises is voluntary and at client’s own risk.

11. Personal Belongings

Clients are responsible for their personal belongings. The clinic will not be liable for loss or damage.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

All personal and medical information is kept confidential in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA Malaysia).

Information will not be disclosed to third parties without written consent unless required by law.

13. Amendments

ABMMA123 Functional Physical Therapy Centre reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions without prior notice. The latest version will be available at reception or on the official website.
